La Recoleta

I have danced with life and death all of my life and many lives before
But walking thru the streets of Buenos Aires I found a mystic door

I kissed and laid my body down
In the roots above the ground
But was unprepared for what I found
In that little cryptic town

Let me live, let me die, let me lie in La Recoleta
A crypt city that makes death look so pretty
I am not rich nor am I famous, no little stoney house for me... but dreaming about it
Helps me dance with my mortality...

Little cats are having kittens in some broken down old tomb... where life meets Death... a beautiful scene that makes me wanna swoon...
Let me live, let me die, let me lie in La Recoleta
A crypt city that makes death look so pretty

I'm not religious and quite suspicious of those who don't find love delicious.
I am a spiritualist and a surrealist who deals in abstract avant -feelingness.
And then the realists they get so serious
Because they can't stand the mysterious...
I am deliriously happy with what I can't see
Cause I know it's gonna set me free...
